The Strategies we use
Rent 2 Rent
The Rent 2 Rent model is a low risk and low investment strategy. In this strategy we would find a property for you to rent on a long term contract. We would then turn it into a HMO ( House of Multiple Occupancy) by making more bedrooms. Then we would rent it Room by Room. The landlord would get their rent every month and what ever is left after the expenses is profit for you. No Mortgage, No Big Deposit to Save.
Lease Options
This Strategy is very Powerful. It is similar to Rent 2 Rent so its again a low risk and low investment strategy. In this set up you would have full control of the property for an agreed amount of time, this could be for 5 or 10 years or longer. You have the option to buy the property at a certain price within a certain number of years, until then you cover the owners mortgage. So you would rent the property out and after paying the mortgage the remainder is your profit.
Buy To Let
This Strategy has been the most commonly used in the past. It is still a very strong strategy as not only do you make a monthly income but you also benefit from the value increase in the property over the years also known as Capital Appreciation. In this set we would help you find a suitable property and help you with the whole process from start to finish from finding the property to getting it ready to rent and then getting it rented.
Joint Venture Investment
This strategy is excellent if you are interested in a return for your investment in larger chunks. In this strategy we would help you fund property investments with many of our associate partners for a return for your money invested. This is excellent if you have capital available but don't have time or don't want to spend time in property investing. You would help fund a project between a few months to a year and get a return on your investment. Your money is normally secured on a property through contracts done with solicitors.
